Every college student experiences many changes during their years at school. Pressures that inevitably come with academic life, combined with social, emotional and financial pressures and spiritual growth sometimes lead to anxiety, depression and self doubt. Seeking an objective and professional perspective is a mature response when you begin to feel overwhelmed.
