Helmerich Media Arts Center, discipline-specific workshops, ORU merch giveaways, lunch at ORU, an option to audition for program admission and talent scholarships, free admission to a School of Worship, Media, & Performing Arts event, and much more!

Join a guided walking tour of Oral Roberts University to experience campus in real time. You’ll visit key academic buildings, student gathering spaces, and iconic landmarks that reflect ORU’s mission, culture, and community. Along the way, you’ll learn more about what daily life is like at ORU and how our campus supports students academically, spiritually, and socially. Tours depart every 30 minutes, with the final tour leaving at 3:30 PM.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ONE-DAY AND TWO-DAY OPTIONS?

Quest is a one-day, free experience that includes campus tours, academic open houses, Chapel, parent sessions, and access to next-step support. Quest Plus is a two-day, $50 experience that includes everything in the one-day option plus expanded class visits, additional campus life activities, and an exclusive overnight stay for admitted students.

HOW DOES SCHEDULING WORK FOR QUEST?

After registering, you will be able to review the full schedule of offerings and select the sessions you are most interested in attending—including academic open houses, class visits, interviews, tours, and campus activities—so you can shape your experience around your interests.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code will vary depending on the activity, but business casual attire is suggested for the competition. For a packing list for Quest Plus, click here.

WHAT ABOUT LODGING?

Admitted students (23 years and under) choosing the two-day option may participate in an exclusive overnight stay in the residence halls. Space is limited and requires advance registration. Parent/Sponsors will need to find overnight accommodations off-campus. Click here for a list of hotels in the area with an ORU discount.

CAN PARENTS ATTEND CLASS VISITS WITH THEIR STUDENT?

Due to limited classroom seating, class visits are intended primarily for students. However, if space permits, parents are welcome to join. Our team will be available on-site to help you navigate options throughout the event.

WHAT EVENT DO YOU RECOMMEND IF I DON’T KNOW IF ORU IS FOR ME YET?

If you're unsure about ORU, we recommend that you join us for our one-day Quest event! This will give you an opportunity to experience what ORU is all about without any financial commitment.

It was AMAZING to be on campus, you could feel the presence of the Lord there! I attend a private Christian school that acknowledges the spirit, but does not fully walk in the gifts of the spirit and it was so good to experience a community of peers like that.
