The Business Center

Welcome to the ORU Business Center

The Business Center has three main areas: Document Preparation Services (DPS), Copy Services (CS) and Print Services (PS). The Business Center provides document preparation or word processing, copying and printing, and print-outsource services for the University. We work with students and the staff and faculty to provide services that are needed on a short- and long-term basis.

We will always strive to meet your expectations to the best of our ability. Our typical turnaround for smaller projects is 1-3 days, and a week or more on bigger projects, depending on the volume and complexity of the project. Also, rush (6-24 hours) and priority (2-6 hours) turnarounds are available. Please consult with us early in the project planning stages so we can help set attainable and realistic goals for completing your projects.

We are located in the Learning Resources Center (LRC), on the 3rd floor, next to Hava Java. Faculty and staff can submit work requests online, deliver requests to the Business Center in person, or have us pick up documents on the daily run, Monday-Friday. The delivery/pick-up run for the LRC/GC is at 10:00 am and at 1:00 pm for all other areas around campus.

Print Services (PS) [For Faculty and Staff]
Project Desk: 918.495.6849, Fax: 918.495.6033

Print Services is dedicated to assisting faculty and staff with their print projects that may need to be outsourced to an outside print vendor. When in doubt about where your project should go, please call the number above and consult before submitting work. Our goal is to keep all print work on site at the University. Using the Business Center benefits the University by keeping the dollars here at home—a win-win situation! If your project cannot be done on site, then outsourcing is the next available option. Please feel free to consult with us on your next project.

Hours for PS will follow the Copy Services hours noted above.
