Order A Duplicate Diploma

Your diploma is a part of your official academic record with Oral Roberts University. To order a duplicate diploma we will need to receive a request in writing with your signature. You may fax your request to (918) 495-6607 or scan and send your signed request as an email attachment to registrar@oru.edu. Your request must include the following information:

  • Student ID number (SSN or Znumber)
  • Year of graduation
  • Major course of study
  • Name as you would like for it to be printed on your diploma
  • Address to which you wish for the diploma to be mailed

Note if the diploma needs to be notarized or sent to the OK Secretary of State to be apostilled. Additional information on the apostille process can be found at https://www.sos.ok.gov/business/apostilles.aspx

There is a $50.00 charge for duplicate diplomas. Please contact Student Accounts at (918) 495-6284 to arrange payment. It will take approximately two weeks to receive the diploma in our office. We will then send it to you via certified mail.
