ORU Head Cheer and Dance Coach

April Polk accepted the position of Head Cheerleading/Dance Coach for the ORU Spirit Squads in July 2009. April attended and cheered for Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she held several titles at the collegiate level including: 2005 Top Gun Stunts and 2005 Partner Stunt in both UCA and NCA, as well as three past national championships and four NCA All American titles. April has worked with numerous programs specializing and teaching proper stunt techniques and safety to athletes. She has traveled the country and to Germany for numerous all-star gyms. April and her husband, Grant Polk, currently reside in Owasso, Oklahoma.
