Aerobics Center

Track and Field team uses weights and resistance training to get in shape.
Flag football is popular among students and highly competitive.
Students enjoy running and walking on the indoor tract, which wraps around the entire second floor.
The AC holds four courts which are used for basketball, volleyball and soccer.
The fitness room offers students the opportunity to use a wide variety of cardio and muscle-toning machines.




Faculty, staff, students, spouses, alumni and guests are all welcome and encouraged to use the Aerobics Center. There are times set aside for families as well.


Group fitness classes are open to faculty, staff, students, alumni and spouses. There are also special evens happening regularly, and you'll want to take part in many of them.  More


There is always so much to do, from working out with friends in the fitness area, playing a friendly game of basketball or volleyball on the multi-purpose courts, swimming laps in the pool or playing tennis under the lights on one of the four tennis courts.  More
