Requirements

EDUCATION:  Requires a Master's degree in a counseling related field. Must be actively licensed in Oklahoma as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

MENTAL DEMANDS:

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills are essential. Should be able and willing to integrate theological values and ethics within psychological paradigms. Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations to include emergencies. Christian professional and ethical behavior must be exhibited and maintained.  Confidentiality of information is required. 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is required to be on-call after normal work hours. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Physical Demands

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS to include but are not limited to: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting of upper body, and manual dexterity for operation of office machines/equipment.  Vision to include: near, far, depth perception, and visual accommodation.

Notes

HOURS OF WORK: Normally scheduled office hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Incumbent will be required to be available on call after normally scheduled work hours.
