Assistant or Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering
Oral Roberts Universityís Engineering Department invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time tenure-track position as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering.
The successful applicant will teach primarily at the undergraduate level in support of the development of the undergraduate Biomedical Engineering program. ORU Engineering faculty members remain current within their academic discipline and lead undergraduate research groups. In addition to teaching and research, ORU Engineering faculty members advise and mentor students, participate in all aspects of the department's activities, develop new courses, and serve on various university committees as full-time tenure-track faculty members of the Engineering Department.
Successful candidates will have a doctorate in the field of Engineering with a focus on or experience in biomedical applications. Ideal candidates will have the ability to teach effectively with required teaching duties determined by qualifications, expertise, departmental need, and research interests.
