Your Bookshelf (Personal Account)

Once the membership registration (for full text access) is set up, it enables personal account functions similar to those in other ORU databases such as EBSCOhost's folder and ebrary's bookshelf.

For example, the Bookshelves application in The Literary Encyclopedia allows you to "save entries to a personal bookshelf, put together a collection of entries for later reference, compile reading lists for a class or book group, or simply save collections of your favorite books and authors."

For more information or to make and view bookshelves, after you complete the registration and activation process, go to your Personal Homepage within in The Literary Encyclopedia.

To Access Your Homepage:

  1. Log in at the start of your session.

  2. Click Your account in the left menu.

  3. Scroll to the Bookshelves and Saved Searches section.
