Our goal is to assist you in person so that you may learn the research process, which will be a means to help you in your life-long continuing education.  That is why we prefer that you come in person and we can show you the choices you have and as many resources as possible.  However, we provide phone and email services as a convenience for brief questions or for a place to start your research.
