Campus Post Office: Fill out a “ Forwarding Address/Change of Address” form. (This is the final place for change of address!) THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT for CPO Box users.

Telephone Center: (GC 4 ½ W) Any past due balance must be paid in full by April 18, 2008 to avoid a financial hold on your account which would prevent your participation in Commencement. Also, you must complete a Service Termination Notice providing a forwarding address and the date to terminate your service.
