From the Chief: Bird’s Eye View Rhema Muncy-- Editor-in-Chief The count down has begun. There are only 58 days until the class of 2008 will walk across the stage at the Mabee Center. Before I get all sentimental and play “These were the best days of my life” songs, I would like to take a moment to reminisce about my years at ORU. As a senior, the real world waits right over Mt. Oral, the biggest speed bump on campus. This is a moment I never thought would come.

Recruitment getting a little easier for ORU Josh Coan- Sports Editor The Oral Roberts University athletic department has a unique challenge. It is hard enough for a small school to find talent; it makes it more challenging when curfew and dress code are thrown in to the equation. Things are not made easier by the number of Division I schools nearby. There is one across town, three in this state, and at least a half dozen within a few hours.
