ORU Professor recognized for DaVinci Fellows Award
Dr. Andrew Lang, Professor, College of Science and Engineering, was honored the prestigious Davinci Fellows Award. The DaVinci Institute is an institute with unique private partnerships of leaders in higher education. Only 5 faculty members are honored from the Davinci Institute for their creativity among Oklahoma's higher education faculty.
Dr. Lang, originator and co-founder of the Open Sledware program, has created Open source data visualization tools. He is an expert with virtual worlds for collaborative scientific research, communication and visualization. Dr. Lang will be honored Friday, March 26 at the Annual DaVinci Awards Banquet at the Oklahoma History Center in Oklahoma City.
