Tulsa, OK – Oral Roberts University is excited to celebrate the vibrancy and cultural diversity on the ORU campus when it hosts Culture Fest, October 26, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. With over 100 nations represented on the ORU campus, this is a great opportunity to experience the cultures, foods, and languages of the world.
Students will enjoy not only Mariachi music, but also Nigerian, Fijian, Samoan, and Chinese dancers. There will be a fashion parade and flag parade. Several booths representing different countries will also be set up where students will learn what makes each nation unique. For instance, how many countries comprise Oceania? Or which African country is currently in the year 2010?
The best time to attend will be between 6pm and 7pm but visitors are welcome any time after 4:30. Please give us a call if you plan on attending.
