Art Educators Conference

Tulsa, OK – If you’re looking for a fun feature and the opportunity to get some good pictures and video, come to the Oral Roberts University campus this afternoon, September 30,2016.  ORU is hosting the 2016 Oklahoma Art Educators Association Fall Conference. Art teachers from across the state have come to the campus to hone their teaching skills and enjoy doing a little art themselves. From 2:00-3:00pm, they’ll be playing Art Games which will help them teach art history and art vocabulary. Also from 2:00-3:00pm they’ll be drawing the human head.  From 2:00-4:00pm watch as they create 3 in 1 Kinetic Relief Sculptures or do a little Gelli Printing using a gel-like surface, acrylic paint and texture items to create fun monoprints.  Below is a link to the full schedule of events that continue into Saturday, October 1, 2016.
