The requirements to be a part of ALD are achieving a 3.5 grade point average and finishing in the top 20% of the class during the first year of attendance at an institution of higher learning. Alpha Lambda Delta has over 250 chapters throughout the United States and more than 750,000 students have been initiated into membership since the first chapter was started more than 80 years ago.
