ORU Board of Regents Announces Meeting and Changes

The Oral Roberts University Board of Regents will meet on Monday and Tuesday, January 14 and 15, regarding organizational activities and the evaluation of strategic opportunities.

These meetings are another step in the process of reviewing strategic opportunities available to the university. Throughout this ongoing process, the Board will seek out opportunities that advance the long-term financial viability of the university as well as ensure that the university will stay true to its founding vision.

In other board news, I.V. Hilliard and Benny Hinn have resigned from the board. In a letter, Hilliard stated, "I remain committed to the ORU vision and the new direction the University is taking." In a letter, Hinn stated, "I wish you and the university every success in your future endeavors."
