When the Chick-fil-A Cow® says to "Eat Mor Chikin," alumnus Arthur Greeno (92) agrees 100 percent.

On August 21, 2006, Oral Roberts University celebrated the grand opening of its newest addition to campus, Chick-fil-A Express. Greeno, Operator Consultant for ORU's new food venue, believes this addition will be beneficial to ORU, especially to student recruitment efforts.

Greeno's overall vision and responsibility for Chick-fil-A Express is to give students a product they will be happy with and enjoy every time. Greeno wants students to know that Chick-fil-A Express will uphold the standards of the Chick-fil-A Corporation.

"My vision is to make sure that the product is flawless and that it's the same great product every time," Greeno said. "One of my jobs is to sit down and weigh each piece of chicken, tasting it, making sure it's the quality they are supposed to have. If it's not – I am here to fix it."

Owning two local Chick-fil-A stores, having two licensed stores, and becoming the Operator Consultant at the Chick-fil-A Express here at ORU sounds like quite a task for just one person. But it can be done. Greeno is living proof.

"I got where I'm at because I've continually learned," Greeno said. "I make right decisions and wrong decisions at times, but I constantly do things to learn and grow."
