Give me a "W"! And another "W"!
The last time an ORU women's basketball team won a postseason game was March 19, 1983 (versus Weber State, 78-75, in the Women's NIT).
That is, until March 17, 2011.
Twenty-eight years. The drought is over, fans! In the latest edition of the WNIT, ORU beat Texas Christian, 78-74, at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum in Ft. Worth, Texas.
And they did it again on March 21 at the Mabee Center, defeating a tough Tulane team by a score of 92-86. Now we're in the "sweet sixteen." Up next: Arkansas, at the Mabee Center, on March 23 at 7 p.m. Click here to order tickets.
