The Kenneth H. Cooper Aerobics Center at Oral Roberts University will be hosting an indoor triathlon on Saturday, January 29th and Sunday, January 30th, 2011.

Participants will have the option of competing in the individual competition or the team competition. The individual competition will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Individual participants will swim 400 meters, bike 8 miles, and run 2 miles all under one roof. These events will take place in the Aerobics Center's indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, stationary bikes and the indoor track. Prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female and males and females in each age group.

The team competition will begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Each team will consist of 3 participants: one swimmer, one biker, and one runner. The maximum number of teams is 48. Prizes will be awarded to the best overall team. The competition is limited to 120 individual participants and 48 teams consisting of 3 members, so space is very limited.
