Let's Pray for ORU Students on Missions

Between May 14 and June 13, ORU will have 32 missions teams in the field, including three music teams, two healing teams, and one soccer team. For the fourth year in a row, the Alumni Association Board of Directors is asking alumni to support these teams with prayer.

We are looking for alumni who will commit to pray daily for the students on these teams—starting in April as the teams prepare for their trips and continuing through the duration of the missions trip. We want the ORU students to know how much our alumni love and support them, and that we stand with them in prayer.

Can you commit to pray for one missions team on a daily basis? If so, please click here to sign up. We would love to have hundreds of alumni praying for each team and for every ORU student missionary by name.

These are the countries where our students will be serving God: Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burma, Chile, China, Ecuador, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, India, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malawi, Nepal, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, United Kingdom, Uganda, Uruguay, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

If you have questions, please contact Alumni Board member David Vermette at davidvermette@oru.edu.

We’re excited about ORU Missions! We hope you choose to become a prayer partner.
