Library Mission

William Jernigan

The Library provides information resources, services, and facilities that support the academic programs and meet the learning, teaching, research, and other informational needs of the University.  The Library is learning and learner centered.  The focus is on collection development, service, and the promotion of information literacy.

As Dean of the University Library, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the library, which is located on the fourth and fifth floors of the Learning Resources and Graduate Centers.

The Oral Roberts University library exists to support the academic programs of the University. It is our desire, with the resources provided, to give you access to all types of media. You will find these media located throughout the library. Instructions are included in other portions of the Library web pages.

The library staff has made utilization of materials in the Learning Resources Center easy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact one of the staff or come by my office, which is located on the fourth floor of the Learning Resources Center in 408S.
