Applying to the ORU Graduate School of Education

All applicants to the ORU Graduate School of Education are required to complete the application process. You will find links below for the master's and doctoral applications:

Masters Program Application Process

  1. Complete the Master's Program Application for Admission. — Apply Online
  2. Submit your $35 application fee. Fee is waived if you complete your application online.
  3. Submit official transcripts from each U.S. institution you have attended. All international students are required to use World Education Service (www.wes.org) for quick and accurate translation and evaluation of transcripts. Transcripts must be submitted directly from your undergraduate institution to WES for evaluation. More information is available atwww.wes.org.
  4. Official Test Scores — Request a copy of your Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) scores be sent to ORU.
  5. Two academic/professional recommendations
  6. One minister’s recommendation
  7. Sign the Honor Code
  8. Submit a personal biographical summary

Doctoral Program Application Process

  1. Complete the Doctoral Program Application for Admission — Apply Online
  2. Submit your $35 application fee. Fee is waived if you complete your application online.
  3. Submit official transcripts from each U.S. institution you have attended. All international students are required to use World Education Service (www.wes.org) for quick and accurate translation and evaluation of transcripts.   4. You must have a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
  5. Three academic/professional recommendations
  6. One minister’s recommendation
  7. Sign the Honor Code
  8. Submit a personal biographical summary and goals statement
  9. Submit two professional writing samples that include citations and bibliography
