Manages ORU Production Services staff, students and part-time workers. Schedules, trains and manages audio and visual engineers and assistants, Mabee Center stage managers and part time and student staff. Assist in the design, installation and implementation of new audio, visual and technical systems across campus. Provides operation and training for staff to properly and effectively run AV and technical equipment for Presidential events and meetings or other high level, high priority events on campus and Mabee Center. Assist the Director of ORU Production Services with setting and cultivating departmental culture among students and staff.
EDUCATION: Requires High School diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelors preferred.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT(S): Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver license and have an excellent driving record for the purpose of driving University vehicles.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS will include but not be limited to: Sitting, standing, bending, stooping, walking, crouching, manual dexterity for operation of electronic equipment related to the field and office machines/computer equipment, twisting of upper body, and the ability to climb hand-over-hand. Vision to include: near, far, visual accommodation, color, peripheral and depth perception. Must have the ability to hear sounds clearly and distinctly in order to be able to distinguish tonal variances. There will be occasional exposure to dust/mites, and electrical hazards associated with related equipment. Occasional to frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds or more. The departments primary location is properly illuminated and climate controlled. There is exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions both inside and outside of buildings as the nature of the work dictates.
