Full-time graduate tenure-track faculty member: Teach a nine credit-hour load per semester including chairing dissertations and advising graduate students; serve on department, college and university level committees, participate in professional develop activities including publishing, presenting at conferences, and providing workshops for P-12 educators.
Serve as an instructor and adviser to master and doctoral students. Supervise doctoral candidates in the dissertation process around relevant topics aligned with the educational initiatives. Provide guidance for students related to use of quantitative and qualitative research methodology.
Minimum Qualification: Earned Doctorate Ph.D. or Ed.D degree in Educational Leadership or Higher Education or a related field, with research experience and experience working in education. The applicant must have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodology.
Experience in K-12 education and a minimum of 3 years work experience in higher education teaching or administration preferred.
