Job Description

An Assistant/Associate Professor of International Business/Management should be qualified to teach graduate and undergraduate courses and engage in scholarly activities. The Assistant/Associate Professor should offer innovative, learning-focused instruction with the ability to engage industry in the classroom. Spirit-Empowered Christian commitment with an honor code conduct are essential.


Teach graduate and undergraduate courses. Serve on University and academic committees. Attend Chapel services. Pursue professional presentations and publications. Assume advisory responsibilities and technology related activities. Participate in student and college extra-curricular activities.


The applicant should have a Ph.D. in International Business, D.B.A. in International Business or equivalent degree. Credentials in Management, Marketing or Entrepreneurship are a plus. Three year academic or industry experience recommended. Five or more years preferred.
