ORU FIT CLUB

The ORU Fit Club runs on the track or outdoors (depending on weather) every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:15 p.m. High intensity cross training is done every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the functional fitness room. Come join the fun and get in shape, for free!

SPIN

If you are looking for a vigorous and satisfying workout, look no further! This biking class will burn calories, make you sweat, and keep your muscles in shape. You'll be using a stationary Schwinn bike, while pedaling in an energized, music filled atmosphere. Workout phases will consist of warm-up, steady-up tempo and cool-down pedaling. The best part is you don't have to wear a helmet! Join the ride!

ZUMBA

Come and party yourself fit at Zumba - a Latin American inspired cardio-dance workout! Zumba classes combine all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

INTRO TO TOTAL FITNESS

This class offers support in reaching your total fitness goals through accountability, motivation and socialization. Learn to set and reach basic goals for running and weight training. This class is perfect for those preparing to run a field test or just wanting to run 1 to 3 miles and become stronger at the same time.

BOOT CAMP 

This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. It offers the team support to push yourself a little further than you would normally push yourself on your own. Come have fun with the group and get fit!

All group fitness classes are FREE with a current ORU ID.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Training sessions with a certified Personal Trainer are available. Sessions are approximately 55 minutes and are tailored to individual goals. Free Fitness Assessments are also available to students, faculty and staff. Stop by the Aerobics Center Front Desk or click here to complete a fitness assessment application. Discounts are available for ORU Students, Faculty and Staff.
