Q: What are the dates for the next College Weekend?
A: November 3-5,2011
Q: What time should I arrive to check-in?
A: Check in time is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on Thursday.
Q: Can I transfer my registration fee to the next College Weekend?
A: The registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another College Weekend event.
Q: Who is eligible to attend College Weekend?
A: College Weekend is available to high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, college transfers and prospective parents and sponsors. To stay in the dorms, students must be between the ages of 15 and 25. Parents must provide their own accommodations.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Suggested items to bring include a Bible, camera (optional), toiletries, linens, sleeping bag, etc.
Transportation
Q: When do I check-out?
A: Guests should plan to depart by 5 p.m. on Saturday. No Sunday departures are allowed.
Q: Will airport transportation be provided upon arrival and throughout the weekend?
A: Shuttles are available upon request Thursday through Saturday. Please call 1-800-678-8876 x3 with flight or bus information prior to arrival.
Parents/Sponsors
Q: As a parent, can I eat at the cafeteria with my student?
A: Yes! Several meals are provided free of charge; including dessert and coffee on Thursday evening at the Parent Reception, lunch on Friday at the Parent/Sponsor Luncheon and breakfast on Saturday at the Parent/Sponsor Breakfast. Meals can also be purchased at the cafeteria door as needed.
Q: What events are available for Parents/Sponsors to attend?
A: Parents and sponsors are welcome to join all the events throughout the weekend, however we recommend parents attend the special parent sessions happening on Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday lunch and Saturday morning.
Q: Are there any group discounts?
A: Yes, we have incredible group discounts available for groups of 10 or more students. Contact the Campus Visitation Office at 918-495-6165 or 1-800-678-8876 x3 for additional information.
