Club Descriptions and Benefits

ORU’s Giving Tree, located in the Prayer Tower,
honors members of three of the Gift Clubs.
Donors at every gift club level will be recognized in our
Annual Report (unless they request anonymity). They will also receive a
subscription to the ORU magazine.
Membership is available for those who support ORU during the
university’s fiscal year (May 1 through April 30).
The Founder’s Club
is for those donors who provide contributions of $25,000 or more per year. Benefits include:
- Special
invitation to a dinner with ORU’s Board Chair
- An ORU
lapel pin signifying their involvement in the Founder’s Club
- Special
communications
- Having
their names inscribed on ORU’s “Giving Tree”
The Chair’s Club
is for those donors who provide contributions between $10,000 and $24,999 per year. Benefits include:
- Special
invitation to a dinner with ORU’s Board Chair
- Invitations
to special on-campus events
- A thank-you
gift
- Having
their names inscribed on ORU’s “Giving Tree”
The President’s Club
is for those donors who provide contributions between $2,500 and $9,999 per year. Benefits include:
- Special
invitation to a dinner with ORU’s president
- A
thank-you gift
- Having
their names inscribed on ORU’s “Giving Tree”
The Sustainer’s Club is
for those donors who provide contributions between
$1,000 and $2,499 per year. All Sustainer’s Club contributions (unless
otherwise designated) go into the annual fund. This fund helps ORU maintain the
quality of its academic programs, retain outstanding students and faculty by keeping
the campus (and the campus life experience) in top condition, and meet ongoing operating
expenses so that an ORU education will be more affordable for current and
future students. Our goal is to have 250 members in this club every year.
