Wingbacker Responsibilities
- Before a retreat can be approved, male and female sponsors must agree to attend the entire retreat.
- Wingbackers should provide "back-up" for the RAs when it comes to enforcing rules. Remember, however, that the RA is the one who is ultimately responsible for the wing. Follow his or her lead!
