ORUEF Executive Director

Dr. Donnie Peal is the Executive Director of the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship (ORUEF) and the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA). He was formerly employed for 23 years by Christian Fellowship School in Benton, KY where he served as a teacher, principal, and, for the past 12 years as the head administrator of the school. Dr. Peal is a past president of ORUEF and the former chairman of the ICAA Board of Directors. He also currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Commission as well as serving on private school accreditation commissions in the states of Kentucky, Georgia, Texas and Virginia. In addition, Dr. Peal serves on the Council for American Private Education (CAPE) board.

Dr. Peal earned his Doctor of Education from Oral Roberts University in May 2008. He received a Master of Arts in Christian School Administration from ORU in 1992 and completed his undergraduate degree in Christian Education at Southern Bible College in 1978. Dr. Peal has worked extensively with schools on accreditation and other issues. He has presented at Christian school conferences at various venues in the United States and internationally. He has been married for 31 years to his wife Wanda, who is also a teacher. They have two daughters, Brandi (28) and Alisha (17). Brandi teaches Kindergarten at Christian Fellowship School in Benton, KY and is married to Chris Haynes. Alisha is a high school senior and plans to attend ORU following graduation.
