Corie VanArsdale comes to Oral Roberts University with a background in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, Gynecology, Nursing Fundamentals and Pharmacology. She has a passion for nursing that inspires her to teach nurse education.
In the classroom Corie enjoys using active learning styles. This provides a learning environment for students to grasp the love and commitment they have in serving their patients. Corie enjoys being a part of the journey of future nurses who will impact the world.
Corie received the Outstanding Service Award in 2015 at Oral Roberts University and was the recipient of the MSN Altruism Award during her time at Bethel College. In the spring of 2016 Corie participated in the BSN Nursing Program’s Grand Case Presentation in the Philippines. Currently she is a local officer, STTI counselor for the ORU Mu Iota Chapter.
Corie received her B.S.N at Oral Roberts Unviersity and is an alumna of the Anna Vaughn School of Nursing. Corie went onto receive her M.S.N. in Nursing Education from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana.
