This hybrid degree in Leadership Studies includes courses in the fields of Public Policy, Business, and Communications. This program allows you to complete a degree in 12 - 18 months. You will only need to come to campus one night a week for eight weeks at a time. This program is designed to use all the credits you have earned from other colleges and universities. There are four eight-week classes offered during the fall, spring, and summer semesters for a total of twelve courses per year.
ORU is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Students may be eligible for federal and state grant and loan assistance as well as outside scholarships and employer reimbursement programs. Because of the discounted tuition rate in place, ORU institutional scholarships and grants may not be used.

Eligibility Requirements
Students with a variety of backgrounds are considered for the program. Applicants must have the following:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have completed 65 hours of college credit
- Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
