Developing Whole Leaders for the whole World

The Center is designed to facilitate study abroad for Pastors, Teachers, Leaders, and Students with an emphasis in academics. The Center promotes specific study courses on Israel and the Middle East. The Center will participate in and generate Conferences, Seminars, Lectures, and Field Trips to enhance and enrich the participants learning experience. A certificate program is offered in several course areas. The Center will implement tours to Israel for every type of student including, short term and extended tours lead by experienced guides, and knowledgeable faculty. Additionally, course work within Israel’s universities will be available for those students who wish to study abroad in an academic atmosphere. The Center will have all courses available online.

The Center is utilizing current faculty members at ORU who also have an interest and expertise in Israel.

WASHINGTON WATCH WITH TONY PERKINS

On the August 21, 2013 edition of "Washington Watch with Tony Perkins," Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-Okla.) guest hosted. Pastor Sharon Daugherty of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Okla., and Dr. John Swails, Director of the Center for Israel and Middle East Studies at Oral Roberts University, joined Rep. Bridenstine to discuss the relationship between the United States and Israel.
