Al Hollingsworth is a business leader, international speaker, minister, author and owner of the Aldelano Packaging Corp.

Hollingsworth is a successful entrepreneur, whose heart is to help others succeed with the visions, dreams, and ideas God gives them. While he served as Economic Development Commissioner for the state of California, Hollingsworth recognized that youth would soon face an economic crisis and wanted to give them an alternative to gangs, drugs, and hopelessness.

He and his wife, Hattie, are the founders of a training program for youth ages 7-18 called B.O.S.S. (Building on Spiritual Substance) The Movement, as well as Vertical Leap, a training seminar for adults. The principles from the seminars have been embraced throughout the U.S. and around the world in regions such as Japan, Kenya, South Africa, Switzerland, Ghana, Jamaica, Italy, Ukraine, Brazil, Belgium, Philippines, Indonesia, and the Bahamas. In 2011 B.O.S.S. was honored by the state of Nevada proclaiming April the 12th as annual "B.O.S.S. The Movement Day".

Al and Hattie Hollingsworth are also the owners and founders of the Alhatti Private Christian Resort and Retreat Center, a four star vacation and retreat facility located in Idyllwild, California, in the mountains above Palm Springs. Situated on the former filming grounds of the Southern California filming site for the "Bonanza" T V series, the Alhatti Christian Resort is also a premier retreat, conference, wedding, vacation and event center for Christian churches and families around the world.
