Richard (Rick) Fenimore is the president and co-founder of Trinity Chemical Industries, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He and Terry Fisher started the company in May of 1985. Trinity Chemical provides railcar leasing as well as logistics management services in handling bulk liquids and chemicals through its transportation, storage, and distribution network.

Fenimore majored in both business administration and Biblical literature-New Testament at Oral Roberts University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977. He continued on to earn his MBA from ORU in 1979.

A member of Victory Christian Center (Tulsa, OK) since 1979, Fenimore has served on the Finance Committee and on the Advisory Council.

At his alma mater, Fenimore has been very active in the Alumni Association. He was a member of the Board of Directors (1992-95) and chairman of the board (1993-94). Since 1994, he has served on the Alumni Foundation board. At ORU, he is a charter member of the Golden Eagles Champion Club and the Golden Eagle Club (since 1993). For 10 years (1990-2000), he took part in the Wing Backer Program, which matched local alumni with dormitory wings to give students a sense of family while living far from home.

In 2003, Fenimore received the "Alumnus of the Year" award from the Alumni Association for his "Distinguished Service to the Alma Mater."

Fenimore joined the ORU Board of Regents in 2004. He has held numerous committee assignments, including: chairman, Athletic Affairs Committee (2004-07), member, ORU NCAA Athletic Advisory Council (2005-06), and member, NCAA Self-Study Steering Committee. In 2007-08, his assignments have included: chairman, Student Development and Services Committee, and member of the Audit and Compliance, Finance, Cost Containment, and Strategic Planning committees, and member of the ORU Lawsuit Mediation Team and the Transition Team. Fenimore currently serves as chair, Student Affairs Committee, and chair, Athletic Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Rick and Shelley Fenimore have been married for 28 years. Both their daughter, Whitney (2011), and son, Rick II (2014), are ORU graduates. Cameron attends the eighth grade at Victory Christian School.
